Our Certified Success Circle Educators are individual women that have completed the Amazing Womens Weekend as well as the Success Circle Educator Training. These "amazing" women are now paying it forward and have attended the Educator training in order to lead Success Circles that provide women with more structure, safety, value and direction in their lives rather than sitting in circles that do not have a credentialed leader and purpose.

Donna Wiebe
Donna is dedicated to inspiring women to value their own self-esteem in every stage of life. She believes good self-esteem creates confidence and the power to make value based decisions.
Without the tools necessary to juggle the complexity of family, career and relationship she coped by putting the nurturing and well-being of her children over that of herself and her relationship. The children were growing and changing so fast she thought she could put herself and her relationship on the back burner and work on it later. The problem with that was by the time the children were grown the common goal of raising the children was over and so was the relationship. The heartbreaking end of her 25-year marriage began her journey with the Amazing Woman’s Success Training Institute.
While providing the tools and a safe supportive network of women she was guided back to her values, individuality and self-esteem. She now personally and passionately understands the importance of providing a place for women to learn personal and relational tools, practice them and take them back to the family for successful personal and relationship fulfillment throughout all of life's demands. It is her intention to guide women to trust and take care of herself so that families thrive.
Michelle Ruck
Michelle is proud to be part of the first graduating class of Success Circle Educators with the Amazing Womens Success Circle Training Institute.
Michelle has been on the road to educating women to re-discover their hopes and dreams for a long time. She has been leading and participating in womens circles since 1999. Through all the ups and downs of life, she has pushed forward with the women at her side. Her passion lies in seeing women reach and achieve their goals.
With a business background extending back over 16 years, Michelle is also formally educated in Marketing Communications from BCIT. It was through work that she met a woman that would change her life forever. This woman took the time, and it took many times, to invite her to a womens weekend. She was persistent, passionate and focused about all the possibilities I could achieve. Through this same organization I met Margo and Myra who's influence has been tremendous. They have taught me the personal and relationship success principles that I utilize daily in my life.
Michelle has been married for 11 year and has two young sons. Her family is her main reason for wanting to succeed with her Success Circles. Her husband can often be heard saying "Aren't you going to your womens circle? I think you need to go be with the women."
Darcy Bloomfield
Darcy is dedicated to empowering, inspiring and encouraging all women to live their lives to their greatest potentials. Throughout her formative teenage years she suffered with depression and low self-esteem. She began working with AWSTI three years ago, while employed as a nanny for one of the co-founders of the institute, Margo. After years of suffering alone, feeling misunderstood and many therapists who just didn’t understand or help she found a place where she was held as truly whole and complete. A warm circle of women (several actually) taught her new ways of being and thinking. Darcy has been to the darkest depths and has come out the other side ready to educate other women just as she was educated. Darcy is a Certified Success Circle Educator, and she wants to show all women that each and everyone of them is capable of greatness, everyone has a purpose and everyone is worthy of an amazing relationship with themselves.

Alexandra "Alex" Bibby
Alex passionately believes in what the Institute is doing for women. Her belief is that women are more powerful in the company of other like minded woman and is honoured to work so closely with both co-founders. Alex genuinely enjoys being of service to other women by constantly volunteering with several women's organizations throughout North America and has done her own extensive research and field work in common issues that today's woman faces. A BCIT graduate, Alex has professional training in relationships, goal achievement, coaching, has attended dozens of courses, workshops and retreats and is a two time winner of the Terry Fox public speaking awards in BC.
After a painful divorce and her own marriage finally ending in 2004, Alex went through depression and quite the "emotional rollercoaster" before finally attending the Amazing Womens Weekend. Since then she has been supported by many women, has gained the confidence to use her personal experiences to benefit other women and has started her own exciting workshop: "The Man Safari" . After much success there, Alex is now a Dating Coach and continues to live her life purpose of helping other women by becoming the Institute's Program Development Manager and now a Success Circle Educator.
"I'm so happy I have great women in my life, a wonderful, supportive man now and a beautiful son. They all stick by me while I fly in and out of the country to do my volunteer work. I continue to be supported in doing what I love, helping other women, and I continue to be a better woman because of that. "
Lori Motion
Lori's dream is that all women learn to deeply value themselves, and to understand how important their peace and happiness is to their partners, children, families, and the world. She is passionate about helping women improve their self-esteem an sense of personal power so they feel whole and strong to make wise choices.
Lori shares her extensive training and enthusiasm for self-knowledge in her circles so women have better tools to make smarter, more loving choices in their lives. Whether it's finding a new career, following a heart felt dream, enhancing their current relationship or attracting an incredible new partner, Lori's wisdom and knowledge offer women newfound insight and support to live fully and
wisely.
"The choices we make today - how we choose to handle the big and small moments right now - totally affect our joy and happiness in the future," believes Lori. " When we do the work of becoming healthy and whole ourselves, we affect everyone around us and we attract healthier partners, deeper connections with friends and family, and we leave a beautiful new legacy for our children to learn from and follow."
Lori is a certified Success Circle Educator with the Amazing Womens Success Training Institute, as well as being trained in "Understanding Family Systems"' extensive work with geneaograms, completion of "A Course in Miracles"' and being a 2nd Degree Reiki Practitioner
