Margo Dalinghaus is the founder and sole proprietor of LIBERTY EDUCATION. She co facilitates the Amazing Womens Weekends and the Soul Retrieval Spa Retreats in Mexico with Sandy Russell and runs a Success Circle on her own in White Rock. It is her hope that this organization and its workshops provide men and women with the magical space to unlock and manifest their personal and relationship dreams. It is everyone's birthright to feel amazing, be amazing and have amazing things happen in their lives and relationships - and it is possible to do so with EASE with the help of her AMAZING TEAM:
Sandy Russell is our Lead Coach at the Institute and brings a wealth of coaching experience and expertise to our team. She is a co facilitator for the Amazing Womens Weekend and The Soul Retrieval Spa Retreat in Mexico with Margo, heads up our one on one coaching division and also leads a powerful, one day Assertiveness and Influencing Relationships workshop for women. Sandy is the grounding force on our team and shares her huge heart and vulnerability generously with the team and participants.
Amber Allen is a dating and relationship coach who transforms women’s dating and relationship experiences. A dynamic public and motivational speaker, this passionate educator is shifting dating and relationship disasters into foolproof love affairs that will last a lifetime. Her goal is to help women discover what really works with men in dating and relationships without having to sacrifice their personal values and self esteem. Working with Amber proves to be engaging, enlightening, and FUN!!
Lyndsay McDonald is our Director of Social Relations. She brings a heartfelt commitment to do what she can to support those who could not otherwise afford to attend our transformational workshops. Working closely with corporations, communities and government agencies, Lyndsay gathers much needed funding to suport our efforts to change how women, men, and families experience their lives and relationships in the world.
Production Team Volunteers
Many workshop participants return to The Amazing Womens Weekend as volunteers after completing their own Amazing Womens Weekend because they want to pay forward all that they recieved from attending their own retreat. The successful production and execution of our programs would not be possible without these volunteers who give so generously and unconditionally. We consider them a huge and valuable part of our team. Special thanks to all of you who have served The Liberty Community. Certified Success Circle Educators
Our Certified Success Circle Educators are AMAZING women that want to contribute to the personal and relationship success of other women. They have all been formally trained on the personal and relationship success principles taught at our workshops and are also prepared to safely lead and successfully inspire others in groups. As Educators, they are keen and qualified to lead structured success circles that provide women with the tools, accountability and support necessary to succeed.
